Maintenance
PVCu products are essentially maintenance free.
Fascias/Soffits/Bargeboards/Bargeboard Soffits and Cladding
However to maintain the appearance of your roofline products, we recommend an annual wipe down with a non scratch sponge and soapy water.
Unlike wooden Fascias, they will not degrade over time and will never require sanding and painting.
Rainwater Products
Gutters and downpipes require clearing out at least once a year, depending on the amount of overhanging foliage and moss on your roof.
We recommend that particular attention is paid to the downpipe bends as in our experience we have discovered these areas are more likely to become clogged with debris and impede rainwater flowing into your drain or soakaway.
