How do you clean uPVC?

All uPVC requires in terms of cleaning is a quick wipe down every so often to remove any dirt. Use warm soapy water and a non-scratch sponge. It’s one of the most low-maintenance materials on the market, requiring a lot less upkeep than timber.

Is external uPVC cladding waterproof?

Yes! uPVC has fantastic weatherproofing qualities that will keep your home safe from the harshest of weather.

Does uPVC cladding expand?

The cellular make-up of uPVC does mean that it is capable of minimal thermal expansion. However, our professional installers are mindful of this when fitting the cladding. A 5mm gap is provided at the end of each board to allow for minute movements. This defeats the possibility of expansion becoming a problem at any future point after installation.
