With the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, it is understandable to have concerns that replacing your fascias, soffits and gutters, or utilising one of our other services, is too risky. However, we are doing what we can to protect our customers, whenever we carry out work on their homes:
We very rarely need to enter our customer’s homes
Here at Roofline Solutions, we very rarely need to enter into our customer’s homes. The only time we need to do this is if we need to access the back of the property and the only way to do this is by going through the house. Therefore, we can easily maintain the proper social distance from our customers and their homes.
However, we would like to politely ask our customers to keep to the correct social distance from our staff, whenever possible.
Complying with government guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19
We’ve also complied with all government guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19 in our workplace: we’ve carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment; introduced cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures; taken all reasonable steps to help staff work from home; and taken steps to maintain a 2m distance and manage transmission risk.
