So, as we have an average rating of 9.80/10 from over 750 reviews, it’s clear that we deliver an excellent service to our customers. And because this is something we strive to do, it makes us incredibly proud to say that we’re achieving such high standards.

Becoming a member is a privilege, not a right

Checkatrade.com membership is not just open to any installer or trader. In order to become a member, you have to undergo and pass a strict vetting process. As part of this process, Checkatrade will telephone your existing customers to learn about their experiences when using your services, check you have a strong financial history and perform other rigorous checks. Checkatrade makes sure Public Liability Insurance is checked yearly along with any Accreditations and Qualifications to ensure they are up to date and still valid. Therefore, our customers can rest assured that as Checkatrade members we have independently verified documentation.

The Checkatrade standard

As a Checkatrade member, we’ve also agreed to abide by what is known as ‘The Checkatrade Standard’ at all times. To abide by this standard, we must be honest in all our customer dealings, treat each of our customers courteously and respectfully, and keep them in the picture about all aspects of the work we perform. If we fail to abide by this standard, our membership will be rescinded. So, as we’ve been a member for more than 9 years, we’re proud to say that we have continually demonstrated that we abide by the strict criteria outlined in The Checkatrade Standard.
