The Roofline Solutions Story

Ricky Moss and Brian Zehetmeier are the joint owners and Directors of Roofline Solutions Home Improvements Ltd.  They met 30 years ago as self-employed installers of roofline products, windows, doors and conservatories for a national company. Having individually worked with a number of unreliable apprentices, they decided to join forces and work together.

Pursuing a gap in the market

Brain said “we had both worked for numerous sized window companies and felt that the roofline wasn’t given the attention as a specialist area in itself, requiring a different skillset to window and door fitting. We saw a gap in the market and we decided to pursue it and that’s how Roofline Solutions was born.”

So, they purchased their own works vehicle and access equipment and subcontracted together doing roofline installations for national, regional and local companies for a number of years. Having been so successful they felt it was time to form a limited company themselves and since April 2002 Roofline Solutions Home Improvements Ltd has gone from strength to strength.

Trade counter opening

Ricky and Brian also opened a trade counter shortly after they set up the company and have been supplying trade customers with a host of products as well as offering their installation and replacement services to the public.  As the business has grown Ricky and Brian have increased their product offering and services according to customer demand.

Ricky and Brian no longer carry out installations themselves, instead, as well as running the business, they are highly experienced surveyors and are able to give sound advice on all aspects of roofline and cladding.

Today Roofline Solutions Home Improvements has a number of fitting teams and service engineers.  They offer full and part replacement for fascias, soffits, gutters, and cladding and flat roofs as well as gutter clearance, a variety of repairs and moss removal.

Both Ricky and Brian are family men and are passionate about what they do.  They have an eye for quality and genuinely care about each property the company works on.
